SHIPPING POLICY
The products you purchase will be delivered to the address you provided when completing the order form.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from the courier specifying the Tracking Number of your parcel.
Upon delivery, you are required to check that the tracking number is correct and that the packaging is intact, undamaged and dry. Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be immediately noted by adding a specific remark on the delivery document to be returned to the courier. We also ask you to promptly notify us of what happened by sending an email to customercare@dedo-natis.com.

Any customs duties and import taxes are to be considered at your expense and will be calculated and requested by the courier at the time of delivery.
